EVORA FIGHT

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 4, 2026

Terms of use.

These terms govern use of the Project EVORA website, EVORA Fight OS, calculators, and general digital programming. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and within the boundaries below.

Adults and clearance

Self-directed EVORA programs and calculators are for adults 18 or older. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical clearance and determining whether exercise is suitable for you.

General education—not medical care

EVORA content is general performance education. It is not diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, concussion management, medical nutrition therapy, medical clearance, or emergency care. Stop and seek appropriate care for chest pain, fainting, neurological symptoms, suspected concussion, acute injury, or unusual shortness of breath.

Weight-management boundary

No public calculator or self-directed program authorizes water loading, fluid restriction, sodium manipulation, sauna or hot-bath exposure, diuretics, laxatives, vomiting, IV use, or another acute rapid-weight-loss method. Fight-week decisions require individualized qualified oversight.

Training responsibility

Technical practice, injury history, equipment, experience, total workload, and coaching supervision affect how training should be performed. Exercise demonstrations and written prescriptions cannot replace qualified in-person coaching. You must stop or modify activity when pain, illness, symptoms, or unsafe conditions are present.

Assumption of risk

Exercise, combat-sport preparation, strength and conditioning, and changes to training or nutrition carry inherent and other risks, including soreness, overtraining, dehydration, illness, falls, equipment failure, aggravation of an existing condition, serious injury, disability, and death. By purchasing or using an EVORA digital program, you knowingly and voluntarily accept these risks and responsibility for your participation, equipment, environment, decisions, and compliance with appropriate medical and coaching guidance.

Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and agree not to hold Project EVORA LLC, EVORA, and their owners, coaches, contractors, and affiliates liable for claims, losses, or damages arising from your voluntary use or misuse of general digital program content. This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived, including where applicable liability arising from gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct. EVORA's total liability for a digital-program claim will not exceed the amount you paid for that program, to the extent such a limit is legally permitted.

Accounts and program rights

Program access is personal to the verified buyer email. Sharing accounts, copying the full program, republishing content, reselling access, or distributing EVORA intellectual property is prohibited.

Founding access purchases

Submitting the founding-access form opens a secure Stripe checkout. A purchase is completed only after successful payment in Stripe. Program access is activated for the buyer email after EVORA verifies payment. One-time digital program purchases are governed by the all-sales-final refund policy, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.

No guaranteed outcome

Training, performance, body-mass, and competition outcomes depend on many variables. EVORA does not guarantee a specific result, bout outcome, weight, health outcome, or level of performance.
