EVORA Performance collects only the information needed to evaluate service requests, provide program access, maintain training progress, and support athletes using Fight OS.

Information we collect

This may include your name, email, mobile number, sport, team, event timing, service request, verified purchase email, program access status, workout completion, session RPE, and calculator inputs you choose to submit with an application.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to inquiries, assess service fit, administer purchased access, deliver programming, maintain progress, improve EVORA products, and communicate about the service you requested. EVORA does not sell personal information.

Performance and health information

Fight OS is not an emergency or medical service. Do not submit detailed diagnoses or use a form to report an emergency. Calculator and readiness information is used for performance planning and screening, not diagnosis or medical clearance.

Program access and storage

EVORA uses the email provided at checkout to verify purchased access and send secure, one-time access links. A protected access cookie keeps your device signed in to CAMP 8. Program orders, access, and progress are stored using the site’s managed database. We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and service administration.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your EVORA account information, subject to records we must retain. Email nickmancuso@projectevora.com.

Updates

This notice may change as Fight OS adds billing, messaging, wearable integrations, or other features. Material changes will be posted here.
